What can I write to let you know a little bit about me? For the most part, I think that the majority of people who come to my page probably already know me... but if you don't, or if you don't know me well enough, read on:
I'm from Canada, but now live in Nashville, TN. Answering questions about what it's like to be from Canada and live in the States is something I never really know how to do. It's definitely different, but not as much as you may think. I was born in Ontario (eastern Canada...think Toronto for those of you who don't know much about the geography of the North), and soon moved west to British Columbia (west coast Canada... think Vancouver). The town I grew up in was small and a little hick, perhaps, but I think it was good for me - plus I think it is one of the more beautiful places I've seen. After graduating high school, I moved to Calgary and got my degree in public relations. A job opportunity led me to move south of the border, and I've now been working at a record label for the past few years years, which is pretty much exactly what I set out to do 5 years ago. Crazy how being just a bit motivated can actually get you where you want to go....
Besides work, my life revolves around Max, who is one of the most talented and generous people I have ever known. He has been my anchor for the past year and a half and without him, I don't think I'd be where I am now :) UPDATE: WE ARE NOW ENGAGED!!!!!! UPDATED UPDATE: WE ARE NOW MARRIED!!!
