Carolina was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Her father is an Italian diplomat and her mother is Venezuelan. For a brief period of time she even live in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Has 3 brothers and 3 sisters and an adoptive brother, Anibal (27), of Japanese-Peruvian descend. Her other siblings are: Alessandro (25) born in Venezuela, Elisabetta (21) born in Italy, Silvana (19) born in La Paz (Bolivia), Leonardo (11) born in Lima (Perù). With her family she speaks in Italian, Spanish and Dutch. She is senior manager for a firm exporting wedding dresses. Father Pasquale is half Italian and half Eritrean, from Asmara.
