He spent his adolescent years on the eastside where he also began crafting his own sound of music. DB has always been a versatile fan of music."I don't limit myself to one genre of music when there are so many artist with unique craft. I love to collaborate to create a new sound thats diffrent. My whole attitude about music is to always be diffrent." A beat with funky guitar riffs mixed with gothic chords and a pounding 808 is garunteed to have a listner feeling the beat in their soul and wanting to dance or swag.When DB was 13, his family moved to Stone Mountain and that was the time he produced his first track on fruity loops. Ever since, he has been taking producing very seriously and produced more than 6 whole underground albums himself. Producing is my passion also a job that I enjoy doing. I knew that oneday I will be producing but I just need the funds to provide equipment.When DB was 16 he also put work in at Prezidential Recordz with SMG and other various artist. His labelmates started to call him Disastah Dee because of the monstrous production. And from there the name Disastah stuck with him. "I was more about the music more than business in my prime. I didn't really know the business aspects of music or how to manuover in difficult situations. I just wanted to go to the studio and work. I started to realize that I wasn't getting the credit I deserved or the money, so I wanted to start my own label. I was in a group today known as HTE(HARD TIME) formely known as HataProof.but I decided to venture off into my own path so I hopped of the band wagon and bought my own. I left on a good note just like every man of business should do to keep good standing in business for future refrences. If HTE wanted beats from me they know that they can still call and make a request." With a bright future up ahead, DB is ready to take the game by storm with outstanding support from his brothers "Reiko and Playa Fruit". "They support is like no other to me. They keep it real and let me know whats hot and whats not and we also politic and keep in mind that were going to be the ones to make a changing impact in the community for the kids of our future."The ambition and drive that I have is one of a kind. When it comes to music and money making then Im down for whatever the cause might be. Mindframe Music isn't just a name for a label, it's a way of life. Daniel Boone is also a MindFrame representative and put in his share of work with the camp. We are constantly in the studio crafting for the next best sound. Our sound is diffrent from alot of other artists in the game and when the indusrty finally get a chance to hear the distinct sounds of MindFrame Music and what we have to offer, I know they will recieve us and will want to sign a deal over to us.
