It is hard being me but I look good doing it so hey, why not continue right? No, I am not conceited I just know that I was made in God's image and likeness. So how can I love God without loving the God in me!!
Trying to make it in this world on your own without having a connection to the Creator is like trying to overpower your own unconscious motivations with your conscious desires. This in essence only puts you into a battle against your own deepest motivations. It's like declaring war on your self. Your constant inner war will only create stress, struggle, and failure until your unconscious and conscious beliefs are both aligned towards God and His will for your life. No other outcome is possible. So if you have a history of struggling and failing at things on the regular, you can be sure that you have some beliefs and attitudes that are silently, invisibly, and powerfully sabotaging your success. If you don't do something about fixing your own self-sabotaging beliefs and attitudes, your future will be just endless reruns of your past. Why not in the process allow God to reveal to you who He has designed you to be and become. Life will be so much better from that point on. How do I know you may ask? Because I too, just like you am in the constant fight to be all that I can be. My dreams and aspirations for this life are grand and sometimes I am impatient and try to get ahead of God. That is when he gently reminds me that things only happen in His time and according to His will; and if I just wait and trust in Him while doing what He instructs me (important because Faith without works is dead) all will be manifested unto me. I am happy to report that I am not yet all that I should be but I thank God that I am not what I used to be. And if you the onlooker will just wait and see you will bare witness that God’s plan was manifested in ME!!!
