About Me
I am the founder, leader, and businessman of the vocal group "The Temptations" known for my creamy, tenor voice. I am the last living original member. Music has always been an important part of my life. During my teenage years, I decided that I would become a professional singer. Thus, after forming several singing groups in the Detroit area, the Temptations were founded. We became the most successful act in black music during the nearly five-decade existence. The group suffered many hardships along the way and I did my best to keep everything together. My best freind Melvin Franklin (former bass singer of the Temptations) and I promised one another that we would never quit the group. I am still keeping that promise to this very day.
