David Fasel better known as "D-Phaze" was Born on August 9, 1990, grew up lovin music. By age 9 he started a career singing and doing a couple musicals here and there. As he got older his voice changed and he no longer could sing as well as he once could. So, he decided to give that up. By age 14 he decided to pick up the pen again but this time he was going to try rappin. When he was 15 he finished his first cd/mixtape and began making a name for his self. He has faced a couple problems which might have slowed his sucess. He had a near death expeirence in the summer of 2006. He fractured his skull in 2 different places and suffered from a brain bleed.It's all good now he is back stronger and more determined as ever. He says "Tomorrow isnt promised you gotta live it up. My mom always jokes and says i must have life like a cat. Im blessed to be here so as far as im concerned i got nothing to lose." In early 2007 being the business man that he is he decided to try and start his own independent label which is known as G.O.T.G. He picked up his first 2 artist that same day, Tony B and Young T. Since then he has expanded recruitin close to 25 people. It's been a long hard road for him dealing with the hate, the talk, the other experiences he probably wishes he didn't face but the path is looking alot clearer from here on out as his label plans to drop a mixtape March 21, 2008 intitled "We Grindin!!!" Be on the look out for these young talented artist because their time is now. Also, D-Phaze plans to drop his 4th solo mixtape intitled "Da Drama Magnet Vol.1" Be on the look out for that early this summer.
