I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4Born in Riga (Latvia), Elektra enjoyed the music since she was a little girl. At the age of 7 she starts playing piano. Later she's attended music school for more than 7 years: she has always been a music lover from even her earliest childhood memories. Elektra started collecting records in elementary school.In 1998, three German DJs came to Riga: Westbam, Marusha and Hardy Hard who provided new sound for her until this party and she felt in love with. In 1999, Elektra visited for the 1st time the Love Parade in Berlin and thanks to her friend from Berlin’s radio, she meets German DJs as Westbam, Hardy Hard, Lexy... Since, she’s by several electronic music events.From 1999 to 2005 she’s living and studying in France, besides she’s become an regular visitor of greatest Electronic Music Events in Europe.In 2005, after graduating from the University of Lyon (France), Elektra was ready to dedicate her time to music and soon her studio work became not only a passion, but a driving force in her life.Nevertheless she wished to obtain a higher Masters degree and has continued her studies in Nice and Monaco, where she also gathered and improved her DJ skills together with some French DJs and also at the DJ School "DJ Network"(www.dj-network.com). Her sets are mostly the mixture of melodic trance and more progressive tech-trance or electro and electro-house vibes, partially influenced by Paul van Dyk, Marc van Linden, Above&Beyond…In Summer 2008, she also starts her new party concept "So, enjoy Riga?"...
