About Me


Origin of Ember dawned its day in the fall of 2003 as a worship band for the college ministry at their local church in Lynchburg, VA. Over the years the band has taken on more than a dozen musicians and at least half as many titles, but one factor and one statement has remained strong throughout its birth, many set backs, and constant rehabilitation, "We have a message, a vessel to deliver it with, and the fortitude, discipline and passion to see it through to end."Origin has adopted the phoenix as its emblem of immortality and reborn hope. Destined to become and remain a constant voice in this ever changing world, the band has only just begun to disturb the waters of mediocre, irresolute and emotionless existence.
