Playing piano, singing, making my baby smile, games, art, computers, poetry, writing, being a mommy, baking (mmmmmm....), home improvement, interior decorating, organization (neat-freak), reading, photography, learning, watching HGTV, cooking dinner with my hubby, hanging out, laughing, and among and above many other things, being in love.
I really can't wait to meet the little angel in my tummy.
Almost all music, including oldies and rock music. I am especially drawn to singer/songwriters, currently I have Alicia Keys stuck in my head.
Heartfelt and inspirational movies, like of course, The Notebook, but others as well, like Dad, Meet Joe Black, Gladiator, What Dreams May Come, A Walk to Remember, Hidalgo, the Patriot, Coach Carter, and others of that sort that I can't think of at the moment. I like romantic comedy as well. Anything with Drew Barrymore and Meg Ryan is sure to be in my collection. I also LOVE comedy movies... anything that gets me laughing. I'll watch practically anything in this genre but I do try to avoid stupid comedy. I tend to get a little frustrated with Dumb and Dumber, Meet the Parent type movies.
I already put this under interests... my favorite is HGTV, although my husband likes to watch Dirty Jobs on Discovery and GhostHunters on SciFi, so I watch a little of that too.
I don't get a lot of time to read but I do, however, keep expanding my collection for whenever I get the time to actually read. I have most of the classics as well as some more recent titles that I'm hoping I'll get to read to my children as part of a bedtime routine. I'm really optimistic to the benefits of doing so. I also have just started my children's books collection. What can I say... I'm a mommy now and I care about my children's future educations.
Leaders, people that have overcome their challenges, and set themselves as an example. I find a hero in anyone that inspires me.
