YOYO

ENGLISH:
Rodolfo "YOYO" Palacios (born in Santiago/Chile) starts his path in drumming at the age of 14. Always interested in the Latin rhythms surrounding him begins to create a style were rock & metal intention predominates merged with his view of the Latin American world.
After 11 years of experience he's been part of important Chilean bands such as "CRIOGENIA", "ON THE ROCKS!" and the pioneer Latin American Rap Metal band "2X" (group that has opened shows for DEFTONES, FEAR FACTORY and KITTIE among others). Other side proyects include "FACUNDO RITUAL" and his solo ethnic trip hop proposal called "YOYO".
Considered one of the most creative Numetal drummers in Chile, starts now a new phase in his career. Living and performing in Hollywood, California to expand his professional spectre.

Rodolfo "YOYO" Palacios (nacido en Santiago/Chile) comienza su camino en la batería a los 14 años. Siempre interesado en los ritmos latinos que lo rodeaban comienza a desarrollar un estilo donde predomina la intención del rock y el metal fusionandolos con su visión del mundo latinoamericano.
Luego de una carrera de 11 años ha tocado en importantes bandas Chilenas como "Criogenia", "On The Rocks!" y el conjunto pionero de Rap Metal sudamericano "2X" (banda que ha abierto shows para Deftones, Fear Factory y Kittie entre otros). Otros proyectos paralelos incluyen "Facundo Ritual" y su propuesta solista de trip hop étnico "YOYO".
Considerado uno de los bateristas mas creativos del Numetal en Chile ahora empieza una nueva etapa en su carrera. Viviendo y recorriendo el circuito musical en Hollywood, California.
