Influences: Okay, as an exercise in self-discipline, i've narrowed it down to an even dozen favorites: Beatles, Pavement/Malkmus, Sonic Youth, Silkworm, Silver Jews, Steely Dan, Los Lobos, the Sea and Cake, Elliott Smith, Radiohead, Dylan, Belle and Sebastian. Oh, but then there's blues (Clapton, F. King, A. King, Jimmie Vaughan) and jazz (Ellington, Jim Hall, Coleman Hawkins, Bill Evans)... I could go on and on.
