HI my name is Dave!I am a bass player/musician/singer. Been doing it now for over 18 years so i guess im good but it depends on your taste.what i do for money now is play bass . it pays the bills and i have some fun.whatever,its something Ive gotten a lot of enjoyment out of my whole life and i manage to enjoy my job!which is more than i can say for other folks who have better paying jobs that are more important than mine.at least thats what i say to make myself feel better!
as far as the singing I made a good stabb at a music career in the late 90s singing in a swing band called Blue Plate Special, when the record co however changed directions.I've also played bass in a punk band called DORK in the sf bay area and graduated with a music degree from Musicians Institute in Hollywood Ca.Not nessicarily in that order.Ive performed in a bunch of other projects such as Notorious (an 80's tribute band specializing in Duran Duran where I was singing)The Fanelli bros an 80s parody band I played bass with.Also recently substituting on bass with Conrad Oberg for a short tour through Texas.
