Hi! I'm Wisp aka Rainbow Brite! I am known for restoring the color to Rainbowland and ensuring the planet is a beautiful, colorful place.
You see, once upon a time The Dark One had taken over the entire planet and turned it into a gloomy, dismal place. It was up to me to retrieve the Color Belt and the Sphere of Light, or the world would be a place devoid of color and happiness forever!
On my journey to save Rainbowland, I met Twink, a sprite. He advised me to run away but I insisted on continuing with my quest. Thankfully, Twink admired my bravery and accompanied me. It would've been lonely without him!
Then I met the magnificent Starlite. He's just as brave as I am, so we make a good team!
Next, we found a baby. The poor child was alone and crying, and I couldn't just leave her. It began to rain, so Twink, Starlite, the baby and I went into a cave for shelter. Little did I know that cave was where I'd find the Color Belt! Talk about luck. And to top it off, the little baby I had rescued turned out to be the Sphere of Light!
Later on I found Buddy Blue, Canary Yellow, Indigo, Lala Orange, Patty O'Green, Red Butler, and Shy Violet. They had all been imprisoned by The Dark One, and it was up to me to set them free.
My final task was to defeat The Dark One, and with the help of the rainbow I did it! I was then named Rainbow Brite and it would forever be my task to keep the colors alive in Rainbowland and on Earth.
