About Me

CHECK OUT MY RECORDING PAGE at myspace.com/blackstonerecording.
I am one of those lucky people who love what they do for a living. I worked as a house engineer at El Corazon and at The Showbox in Seattle for several years. I also worked as a freelance engineer recording in Seattle studios, recording live shows, and mixing at my home studio, Alpine Studio. Some of my credtis include the Himsa single on The Sick of it All Tribute CD (Abacus Recordings), The Number Twelve Looks Like You (Eyeball Records) and Jamie's Elswhere (Victory records).
I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale and started my own recording business, Blackstone Recording. I also am still working as a freelance engineer. All the bands listed on my profile actually are friends or bands I work with. "The Blakes - "Two Times" Live @ The Vera Project, Seattle, WA, 10.05.2007. Recorded by Bill Blackstone.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People who have the courage to pursue their dreams. People with different musical taste to introduce me to new music I have not heard yet. Somebody with a hypoallergenic cat.
