Updating... I am turning the BIG 30, and I feel bad about the progress I have made so far in life. I want to be the President of the United States, so I need to get on the ball. I feel that I am talented in everything, so I want to do everything. That only slows me down, because I only have two hands and feet. I have a New Years Resolution from 2006, and it was to get in the best shape of my life. To be as healthy as I can be for the 2007 and the rest of my life. Well, I have not done anything as of yet. I plan to start tomorrow and keep a diary on here. I will call it the Diary of a Man. This is my current status without working out or exercising and no dieting. 3/4/2007 Approximate Weight Loss: I lost a 0.5lb, and had a great week of working out. 2/25/2007 Approximate Weight Loss: I was sick this whole week with the stomach virus. I did not lose anything. 2/18/2007 Approximate Weight Loss: lol I gained 3lbs, so I am doing bad. 2/11/2007 Approximate Weight: 286.5Approximate Height: 6'0" Approximate Body Fat%: 32.5 Approximate Body Water%: 47.5 Approximate Body Inches: Head: 23.5" Arms: 17.5" Chest: 48" Stomach: 49.5" Waist-line: 48" Hips: 49" Thighs: 30.5" Calfs: 17.5"Current DIET: Anything that is consumable (including coochie) LOL...New DIET: Fruit, Vegatables, and Meat with minimal Carbs. This was a shameful opening week. My weight lifting was very inconsistent. My cardio was just as bad. My dieting was mediocure at the most. This week will hopefully improve.
