Beadgal1My friend, Kathi decided I needed an updated photo on my site so she made one. I don't know why I ever listened to her! This one makes me look so OLD! Well, I guess I can't feel soooo bad -- I'm one day older than George Strait and I think he's still totally HOT! If any casting directors are reading this, I would be GLAD to play Tom Hanks' mother!Checking the little boxes in the questionaire does not give an accurate picture of who I am. Single is NOT the same thing as widowed. I had a perfectly acceptable husband but he died in a fishing accident 18 years ago. I adore kids but was never able to have them when I was married and now I'm too old.My 100 plus year old cottage was taken back by the bank and I sold the Nova to a friend who wanted an old car to love. I'm back staying with my mother until the next opportunity comes along. The dogs, a Collie mix named Festus and a Red Australian Shepherd named Weaver, are learning to be outdoor country dogs.My store had to be closed but I am still designing beaded jewelry and making dresses for weddings, pageants, and costumes. The dresses I had in the store are now at my booth at the Bowling Lanes Flea Market or on Ebay.I am a member of the WAY TOO MUCH CAFFEINE PLAYERS. We do improv comedy and present the Murder Mysteries at the Railway Museum at New Haven, KY. I attend the Stephensburg United Methodist Church and sing with the Gospel Music Sing-A-Long gang hosted by Bill Twyman . Some friends and I filmed an episode of MTV2's REAL SCHOOL STORIES.When I get really old, I'm gonna take up painting like Grandma Moses. I always wanted to paint but I'm not really very good.
