About Me

MyHeritage : Family tree - Genealogy - Celeb - Collage - Morph
Good day, my name is *****. I am a freelance videogame journalist. I write articles and reviews for videogame magazines and websites. Someday very soon I hope to net a fulltime job in this field. I am very proud of my four-year Bachelor's Degree in journalism.
I was born into a dysfunctional middle-class family of half Croatian/half Jewish descent (some mix, huh?). When I was four years-old, my parents had me enrolled in the Magnet Program for gifted children at school. My exceptionally high public school entrance test score had labeled me a genius and thus great things were expected of me from thereon out. Watch Malcolm in the Middle sometime and you'll get a small taste of what my life was like from kindergarden to highschool.
I mostly credit videogames for keeping me alive through my tumultuous existence thus far. From an early age, I developed an undwindling passion for the electronic arts, as well as reading and writing. I'm actually currently working on two videogames of my own creation, Avant-Garde and Toonageddon: East vs. West, as well as an original script for the former.
If you haven't guessed by now, I am the epitome of anti-mainstream. You drive a car, I walk and take public transportation; You listen to popular music, I listen to videogame soundtracks and 80s music; You watch Family Guy, I watch The Boondocks; You're bumping and grinding at some ecstacy club in Manhattan, I'm that creepy guy standing in the corner watching you while quietly sipping my drink. Oh wait, I don't go to clubs.
I am very geeky; I am unpredictable; When riled, I bite. Hard; I rarely put others before myself; I can be overly sensitive at times; I have a strange sense of humor. I don't buy into that "Do unto others" BS. I'm nice to people who deserve it. The better you treat me, the better I treat you. The same applies conversely. If you don't think you can handle any of this, then save us both the trouble and don't be my friend. Otherwise, thanks. :)

My Interests

Videogames, writing, reading, working out, anime, manga, ping-pong, pool, hanging out with friends, fantasizing.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who's favorite movie, TV show and book are NOT Fight Club, Family Guy and Catcher in the Rye respectively.

P.S.- I'm no longer accepting friend requests from people I don't know unless I receive an introductory message first. Sorry, but there's too many spammers and hackers on myspace and I prefer to play it safe.

RESPECT!!
