hi, I'm Melanie, now a short blonde SENIOR who plays piccolo at Pickerington North.. Yaay band..but yeah, i LOVE meeting new people and having a sweet time with them, so don't be shy to talk to me! i love singing and dancing, but i'm really bad at dancing..
i love music.. it's one of the most important things in my life.. i play flute, piccolo, guitar, piano and i sing. yeah marching band's my life more than a hobby cause it really never ends.. and marching in negative degrees outside when your instrument if frozen to your face is dedication.. or stupidity...but i guess you'll have that. And CHOIR PERFORMED AT CARNEGIE HALL! YAY!ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE. YEAH, I CRIED WHEN WE GOT OUR STANDING OVATION.
i love sports.. i used to play tennis, and i love hockey and football..the steelers are my life.. yeah and i love anything to do with Pittsburgh basically. The Penguins are my favorite hockey team, but hm.. yeah, and they'll own next year
Faith is an incredible part of my life.. it really is my life. I dont' know where i would be without it. It's saved me so many times. I'm Catholic and I go to St. Pius X, and my youth group has been so amazing. They're so much fun and they really help you if you need them. Catholic Youth Summer Camp has changed my life too.. it's caused me to be not perverted, and so much holier.. and modest.. i am a lady of God, and i shall never forget that...So much has happened in my life and i don't know where i would be without my youth group, and God. I'm actually possibly considering a life of holy orders? i really want to be a sister and help people in poor countries like africa and stuff.. i really feel like i'm being called to serve.

There's so many things that are wrong with me. I have this vocal chord disease where i randomly get paralyzed, and i have asthma and stomach problems.. i've been in physical therapy and rehab, and there i have seen amazing things. Kids learning how to walk and their lives are being changed for the good.. you see so many miracles there and it's so uplifting. i want to be a physical therapist.. or a nurse.. my sister has cystic fibrosis so i've grown up in the hospital and i want to help everyone.
Hm.. yeah i love summer. i think that we all try to grow up so fast.. remember when you would go to your neighbor's and ask, "can you play?" yeah.. i'm gonna do that... nat and i go to the park, and have picnics and play tag with all our friends. yeah.. that's summer... it's so much fun.. i wish i was still a kid, and i still climbed trees and what not.. but then again, i still am a kid. yeah and i go to the park almost every day, so it's amazing.

yeah so school this year will be fun. I'll finally will be a senior, and i'm really excited about that. I'm gonna be taking a bunch of sciences next year, so it's not gonna be an easy year. i love my friends too... jon aka jafar makes me laugh and i heart our sarcasimness.. and then lee lee bethany natalie and i playing pididdle in the car is a lot of fun. my friends from church are my life. i love sarah. abbey is also amazing, and robbie's just odd... and the random drives with charlie and granville.. it's a good time. The Random drives to Kroger and the coffee outings and wal mart hide n' seek, and those runs to adoration when i feel down.. yeah, those are my friends. i love them

i think we should live like "The Fox and the Hound". In that movie, they were once best friends, but then grew apart and became enemies. But in the end, they risked their lives for each other.. i hope we can all do that. i hope we can all love each other.
i don't hold grudges.. it's stupid and it makes you bitter.. bad things happen to good people.. you will get screwed once in your life.. someone will dump you. friends will ditch you.. people just wont like you for some reason.. but if you love them and have a good attitude about it, it will change them maybe.
