It's pretty hard to blow your own horn, but here goes. I'm a prolific songwriter with a mature and haunting voice. A confident performer and advanced musician. My lyrics have depth to them (almost prophetic) and the music is catchy. I started seriously songwriting in 1991 and have written 300+ originals in most styles (I've stopped counting). They call me "The Queen of Minor Moods" and it totally fits. Being self-taught, I have grown as a songwriter, musician, and performing artist. My favourite genre is Celtic, but of course, I'll write and perform almost anything. I write songs for special occasions as well, whether it's for a Ladies Retreat, Memorial, Gala, or Web Site. I also incorporate a "creative eye" for a cool visual presentation on stage that is aesthetically pleasing. Subdued or wild, upbeat or smooth, I like to do it all with excellence. I'm a Member of the BCSSA here in Langley and try to perform on a regular basis. I still get standing ovations when I perform acappella my Celtic tune "Passing Power", which is really nice. I've had alot of people come up to me after a certain song and let me know how God touched and blessed them with it. I will end with a comment from someone I know casually from The Stone who listened to my songs and said; "You're a genius!".
