I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm Dylan, I'm a Christian, and that doesn't mean I hate you. What it means is that I have accepted the death and resurection Jesus Christ, the only true son of God, as the only way I could ever escape eternal damnation in Hell. And because of my faith and my thankfulness, I attempt to live my entire life for him.
I am a senior at Decatur High School in Federal Way, WA.
I'm not very smart, but I'm not very dumb.
I am extremely closed minded.
I'm what's known as "apolitical," meaning I don't really care much about politics.
I enjoy having a good time by (almost) any means necessary.
I hate change.
I love America.
I don't use drugs or alcohol to have a good time
I definately like music more than most things, and I am a firm believer in never underestimating the radiant powers of...
AN INSANE RAGING INFERNO OF ROCK!!!
*GUITAR SOUNDS*
All the heavens cannot hold you,
how much less to dwell in me?
Things That Bother ME
  • babies that cry in public places.
  • stupid little kids that say "My brother will beat you up!".
  • Skinny girls that think they're fat.
  • Fat girls that think they're sexy
  • People that like animals more then people.
  • People that are addicted to something really stupid
  • Birds that sit outside your house early in the morning and make noise.
  • Spoiled kids that complain when they don't get one thing out of one million things they want.
  • people that play stupid little card games at lunch.
  • Teachers that care too much about what they teach.
  • People that hold unfair grudges because of pride.
  • Parents of bratty kids that don't do anything to keep the peace at family events.
  • Mosquitos that explode and get blood all over you when you slap them.
  • Kids that spend all their money on legos.
  • White people that act black.
  • Really irritating teenagers that talk about how much they party all the time.
  • Vulgar rap songs.
  • Screamo Rock
  • Foods that leave a bad taste in your mouth three hours after you eat them.
  • Dancing that looks like sex.
  • Movies about basketball.
  • Gangsters, Goths, and Emos.
  • Vegetarians and Vegans.
  • AL Roker and that bald guy from Third Rock from the Sun.
  • Movies about books that stray from the story line.
  • How the Ninja Turtles claim to be ninjas but don't act like ninjas at all.
  • The word "green".
  • Hot dogs...I mean who would in their right mind would invent a food that looks like a penis.
  • Flamboyantly gay people.
  • All those lame NEW Disney Channel shows that are really fake and have obvious gimmicks and aren't funny (unlike Even Stevens) like The Sweet Life of Zack and Cody
  • Pictures that people (mostly lame white girls) take where they (at the very least) half way pucker their lips and make a face with one eyebrow down as if too say "Yea that's right. I'm hella cool" It's not "hella cool"...it's "flippin' annoying"...especially if your white.
  • Stupid TV shows where everyone is ALWAYS sad and there is never anything good ever happening and pretty much everyone on the show is doing something stupid that they will regret in 20 years but people watch it obssesively anyway!!! *cough* Gray's Anatomy *cough cough*
  • People that like halfway believe in God. You know like peple that say stuff along the lines of "I totally believe in God I just think he is wrong about homosexuality." Idiots.
  • Companies like Subway that feel like they need to badmouth companies like McDonalds to feel good about themselves. (Take note that I don't dislike Quiznos for badmouthing Subway because Subway had it coming)
  • Prissy girls that walk around always saying "AMAZINGGGG!!!" and have high standers when it comes to everything and think they are sooo cool because they say "AMAZINGGG!!!" and it's just...UGH...well it's not "AMAZINGGG!!!"
  • When you're talking to someone and the conversation gets really awkward and suddenly everything goes silent and every possible thing to say that runs through your head seems stupid and in actuallity what you're doing by being indecisive is prolonging the awkwardness. That's stupid.
  • When you establish a unwritten commitment with someone and one of you breaks said commitment one time and then neither of you knows whether or not the commitment is still in effect
  • When people hate good things that are popular just because they're popular...like America or Myspace, for example. Two things that a lot of people dislike because they're really good! And then they pull out excuses or just recite things they've heard other people say like "Ugh America is so stupid! Our government is so corrupt!" or "We're so stupid for thinking we're the best!" Shut up, Stupid! That's because we are the best! And with myspace they say "Ugh I hate myspace everybody has it!"....duh...that's because it's entertaining...moron...embrace it! The fact is that things are often popular because they're great...like America and Myspace...but not High School Musical...yuck...
  • When people (mostly teachers) tell my parents that I'm really smart and really talented when, in reality, they just say that to be nice or they say that to everyone's parents. My parents take that stuff seriously...infact they obsess about it. Maybe I just have low self esteem but I don't take it as seriously as they do.
  • When my nose is stuffy
  • When sand gets in my shoes, pants, and any other unwanted place.
  • When I buy a shirt and take all the tags off and it turns out to be too small or too big for me.
  • People that consider themselves to be their animals mother or father and address themselves as such.
  • Refrigerators that smell really bad.
  • That guy at the movie theater that laughs really loud at all the jokes and distracts everyone from enjoying the movie.
  • Girls that try to come across as tough.
  • Guys that brag about being in boyscouts
  • People that like to brag about liking to read more than watching TV because it makes them feel more intellectual
  • People that flirt relentlessly
  • People that put "Out-Takes" or "bloopers" at the end of home made videos filmed for school projects.

    My Interests

I like to have (good, clean) fun.
I'm not a big fan of taking life seriously.
I wouldn't last long without music.
I live to rock out to my favorite tunes anywhere, anytime.
    Adventures are my specialty.
    I enjoy being immature.
    I like joking around.
    I really enjoy my freedom,
    and
    I really enjoy summer.

    I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet a Genie like the one from Aladdin.
    My three wishes would be:
    1) The abillity to fly,
    2) background/theme music for my life,
    3) and the genie's freedom thus insuring his eternal friendship

    Music:

My favorite band is Relient K.

    I'm really into music.
I'm mostly into Rock, but (at the risk of sounding cliche) I'll listen to pretty much anything.

    Movies:

    I'm really picky about movies.
I hate horror and thriller movies especially when they're all bloody and gross.
I don't really like super dramatic movies like some action films and most war movies.
I like to laugh so I like to watch funny movies. Comedies and superhero movies are really the only movies I ever want to watch. I actually like movies that are totally rediculous like most Will Farrel movies are.
My top five favorite movies are
    1) Hot Rod
    2) Talladega Nights: A Ballad of Ricky Bobby
    3) Tommy Boy
    4) Forest Gump
    5) Blades of Glory

    Television:

    I like television.
I like being entertained without having to strain my mind to do so
    ...
    hense my average grades.
    I like comedy shows.
I like shows with a lot of dumb humor.
    My top five favorite shows
    are
    1) Happy Days
    2) The Office
    3) Heroes
    4) Scrubs
    5) Family Guy

    Books:

    The Bible is good.

    Heroes:

    Mah Bruthas
    Ricky

I've known Ricky since the first day of preschool and he's been correcting me ever since. Regardless, he's might as well be my brother. We have simmilar tastes in music and can (apparantly) sing along to most of the songs on my ipod. We can be the meanest jerks to eachother and still come out of it laughing.
    Paco

Paco and I have have more fun than most people should. We're always telling jokes and playing off eachother and it's priceless. We have the simmilar tastes in movies and comedy and we can have a good time doing just about anything...plus we have about half a million inside jokes...
    Frankie

Frankie is by far the most mature of all my friends. He always has a solution to everything and no matter what he is always right about it...and you know what..that is in no way an exageration..always listen to his advice..
    Nick Foutz

Nick and I became best friends in third grade where we were the two best class clowns the school had ever seen, and untill I moved that stayed consistent. Now we are the clowns of our bible study...oh and plus I appreciate his "ethnicity" haha.
    John Dakin

My gentle giant. This guy could crush my head with his bare hands and probably would like to at times, but the important thing is that he wont. He's my right hand man whenever I need him and I appreciate every piece of advice he gives me. I'm always here for you Johnny!
    Brandon Yorker

When Brandon walked into my sixthgrade class all of my friends and I were really excited to meet him...then he showed off his brain...but we still ended up friends in the end. He's always got the latest info on..everything. Plus he's even more gangster than Nick Foutz so that's cool.
    Brandon Gee

Brandon gee is another smart friend of mine. He's also probably one of the most responsible. He's probably one of my more technologically advanced friends. He's normally not afraid to tell people what he thinks and we actually give him way more crap than he deserves. RESPECT GEE!
    Armando

This guy is more prestigious than Bill Gates was at his age. He's always giving me advice on homework and giving me rides to scool and other various places. Oh...and if you add up all the money I owe him..it would be more than I could ever pay...ever...
    Ian

This guy just invites himself over a lot...JK! haha No, Ian and I can have stupid fun doing just about anything haha even selling water. And even though he's my most EMO friend, I still enjoy his company...for a few minutes...
    Hayden

I haven't spent time with this guy in forever but he'll be my brotha forever. Without him my childhood would have been severely uneventful so he's definitely someone I wont forget.
    Nick Crews

Nick is quiet...and opinionated...and really into the UFC...but we have simmilar senses of humor so we get along.
