Update:
Brandon Michael Ward was found Guilty. He was sentence to LIFE PLUS 25 YEARS.
I am making this in memory of Joe Hall.

The only thing Joe Hall did was care. He selflessly cared about everyone. His life was stolen from him, and the world will never be the same without him.
