About Me

Disaster started off as "Disaster Fanzine" in June 2006 and was an idea shared by Mimi and Johnny Mercyside to help Johnny's future journalism course. It is based on rock and metal music of any types and the name came from their joint favourite band, The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster. After a lot of preparation, Disaster Fanzine released a preview issue in August 2006. It was unsuccessful so Johnny and Mimi decided to change it into a website where the information is free and easier to handle.
