I'm happiest when I get to listen to music, ride my bike around town, dance like a mad woman, hang out with my friends, or a combination of all of these put together. There are a handful of seemingly unspectacular events that have happened in my life that have made me who I am today. One is the day a girl in a Slinky shirt showed up to the sixth grade class of H. Guy Child. At age twelve, I had no way of knowing that this crazy little girl would introduce me to the greatness of the pop punk world, but that's exactly what she did. By the time we were out of Jr. High we were an inseparable, Screeching Weasel-loving duo. Then high school, jobs, and boys came around.Picking up an application at Baskin Robbins was another great turning point in my life. With the exception of a handful of close friends from school, all the amazing people I know today are thanks to my four years at the BR (either those who have actually worked there or friends of friends of friends). I'm not sure if it's because of the super awesome manager or the allegiance against the not-so-awesome owners (or a combination of both), but somehow, this ice cream shop has become a collection of the coolest girls in Ogden and I honestly love it there.So... I think I'm pretty awesome, but you can decide for yourself.
