We just finished our Fringe Season with a show called "Circuside".
I do Hula Hoops, Aerials, straitjacket escape (while hula hooping), Blockhead,I am a human chopping board, play with fire, Dress up really nice, make films, write stuff, I'm a publicist and a stylist.I was an actor for 10 years, i did a bunch of Australian T.V Series, then i stopped when i was 13 because i got hips and tits and told i don't look Australian enough...which begs the question "What is Australian enough?". Does this mean if i were to do the Australian citizen test i would fail with flying colours? One can only hope.I’m the daughter of a Hawaiian contemporary circus performer. I’m into performance, playing and persuading. hula as in traditional Hawaiian dancing, hula hooping, aerials, knives, throwing knives, acting, dancing, fire fingers, fire eating, costume and clothing design, teaching, playing, shoes, 1950’s pin up chicks, 1950’s cars, Gypsie (ethics, life and music)s University, SURREALISM, gender studies, art history, cinema studies, French language, Cultural studies, funky geeks both book worms and geeking vaudevillian style, vaudeville, quirky riff-raff that I find (people and inanimate objects both), pirates and people.I'm a founder of, a performer for and publicist for my/our beautiful company with the amazing Manx and Gordo Gamsby. we have a short clip from one of our shows on youtube at:
