Kingpin Magazine

We are Kingpin magazine, a delightful periodical dedicated to the pursuit of jumps, wheelies and/ or skids on skateboards. Kingpin is right across Europe, printed in English, French, German and Spanish simultaneously (yes, it is a nightmare to organise). What we try to do is give skateboarders an insight into the scenes and countries around them so that in the spirit of co-operation and brotherhood enshrined in the charter of the European Union, you can go to another country and wreck it.Kingpin was started a couple of years back when five people from different skate mags around Europe got together to build a new platform for skaters to get themselves seen beyond the boundaries of their home countries and bring the European skatescene together with it. As well as covering the famous scenes and faces from around the world, we have worked hard to cover places no magazines had ever been before, to find new and exciting skateboarding talents from everywhere we find them.
Kingpin is unique among magazines in that we work with local writers and photographers wherever possible so that the stories we tell are true.
As of now, Kingpin has 46 freelancers working for us right across the globe to bring us the best new talent in skateboarding every month.
