I met a friend thru a friend and he asked if i wanted to try and spin on some turntables. I said sure. He showed the basics to me on vinyl but after a while i got side tracked and concentrated of finishing my college degree. Once I finished school, I returned to Detroit. I met a friend named PJ a.k.a. Pri Yon Joni formerly known as DJ D-Tec. He and another good friend of mine DJ HeartbreakK started training me on vinyl again and soon progressed to CDJs and has stuck to them since (so much more convenient with CDs). I got my first gig in Pontiac, MI in summer of 2006 and has been DJing ever since. Just got Serato so I'm pretty excited to hopefully get back to using vinyl again.
