Heather's Fun Facts:
Summer is coming! All my favorites are almost here. Just off the top of my head... Flops, fresh flowers, bbq's out by our new and improved pool, sunny Colorado days with no humidity, margs on ice, Sunday brunch on the patio, new shades, the first day the air conditioning kicks on, weekend trips, making plans for Vegas, Rockies games with the girls, picnics in the park. Does it get any better than this? Nope.
I'm actually cooking these days. Mostly because I have a fabulous menu created for me by my own personal Giada. She's gonna show me the ropes. Aaaaaaand my oven thanks her deeply.
I've discovered I'm a liker of salmon. Strange considering I've hated fish all of my life. I do believe I will become a salmon lover in time. I blame my Giadafurrrrr for this.
Sunflower Market is now my new favorite place to shop. I'm thinking it may become a weekly sunday ritual.
I'm not ready to move out yet, but I think it shall be soon. Considering I have an entire room full of boxes still, I don't think it'll be as stressful as the last time. I've been spoiled here though and now nothing will be good enough. Damn 21st floor.
