Ricky Ayala's Bio

Ricky Ayala, also known to fans as Little Ricky, is a 14 year-old singing sensation. Ricky was born March 22, 1995 and is older brother to Pat Ayala.Ricky's vocal skills and passion for singing far exceed expectations for a performer his age. Many compare his singing style to the early years of Michael Jackson and his range to that of Celine Dion. At Cue Recording Studio, Little Ricky recorded his "Just Kiddin Around" demo of favorite cover songs, including Jackson 5/I Want You Back and Celine Dion/My Heart Will Go On for a gift donation to support the Hope for Jake benefit trust. Jake is a local young man that suffered a spinal cord injury that left him quadriplegic.Ricky won first place at Chicago's Sing From The Heart talent contest in May of 2004, competing with performers up to the age of eighteen. Little Ricky also won at the Musician Minds Magazine Rising Stars Showcase in September 2005. In May 2005 he took home first place at Fashion/Talent Rock in Orlando Florida where he blew away the judges and surpassed hundreds of competitors. In November of 2005, Ricky began his long anticipated journey to the recording studio where he is working on original music which includes tracks produced by PI productions, producers on Nellys Sweat Suit album, Bigg Gipp and Ali of the St lunatics new album, and among others. In September of 2006 for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington ICON '06 Talent competition, Ricky won locally and regionally to become a winner for the Greater Washington Area. Ricky has performed 4 times on the legendary Apollo Theater Stage in NYC. His special guest appearance as a Star of Tomorrow on the legendary Showtime at the Apollo has been aired nationally.
