This Profile Edited with MyspaceMaster.net, Customize Your Unique MySpace LayoutsRocket 88 is an energetic 3 to 5 piece band. We like to think of ourselves as a tribute band to Brian Setzer and the Stray Cats. We also do a great show with artist impersonations, such as Jerry Lee Lewis, Chubby Checker, Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, with more to come in the future. Our lead guitarist plays a Brian Setzer Signature series Gretch. The Stand-up bass player plays a 3/4 size upright bass. We also have a second bass player who also plays stand up bass and takes over so the Jerry Lee show can happen. Not to mention our rockabilly drummer who stands up playing them and also stands on his drums!!!. We have a beautiful female singer who joins us on stage and lends her vocal talent for us with some beautiful backrounds and she will soon be taking center stage as well. Our piano starts on fire!!!!
