About StringNation
StringNation is a pioneering excursion into an international string music symposium, formed to bring some of the major innovators of string band music from around the world together to give them a place to exchange musical traditions, techniques, artistic vision and then share that musical legacy with the next generation of musicians and audiences interested in progressive acoustic music. Our goal is to offer concerts, workshops, panel discussions, with outreach agenda going into schools and music programs to promote awareness of musical diversity and the evolution of musical styles throughout the world and give musicians and enthusiasts a place to explore the possibilities available in traditional and progressive new acoustic music.
