1991
Swifta started experimenting with music from the early age of 3 in the infamous studio called “Mind Searchers Studio” owned by his father “Wooligan” who produced a chart toppin song with Apache Indian called “Boom Shaka Lack”.
2001 - 03
From the age of 11 swifta started making garage music on a playstation game called “Music 2000”that have been played by one of the biggest grime djs about today “Big Mikee”. Swifta Continued this until the age of 13 when he found another program called “Fruity Loops” on one of his dads’ data discs.
2004
Since then he gradualy got in touch with his own style and started making Hip Hop and R&B at the age of 14 he was using the most up to date software and needed mc’s and that’s how E.O.G (Element Of Grime), swifta knew everyone in the crew (which at the time did not exist) from school.
2005
A year after leaving school swifta concentrated on music a lot more, in this time he worked with London artist No Lay and her crew Unorthodox and produced a whole mix tape of grime & hip hop beats for Element Of Grime’s Mix tape which sold 200 copies in Birmingham in the 1st week.
2006-08
In this year some of swifta’s friends was telling him he should try to make bassline, at this time he wasn’t too keen on the music but as months went by he started to gain interest and started experimenting with it, during this time swifta started to get the hang of making music.
Since then he has released two ep’s;
Kyla – Why did You Play Me (Club Silk Records)
Kyla – Do What You Wanna Do (Prim n Propa)
And has done collaborations with Pantha, TRC, Bassboy, Deadly, Screama, A Dot R, Lady Fuzion, Kyla, Kaye, Shavanah, Bomma B, Grinstar, Trilla, Mikey B, Inferno, Rekico & J.Star.
