Fort Rugged was founded on August 03, 2000. Londel Sides the owner/ceo has been in the music industry for over 18 years. He started out in 1986 as a rapper, battling in schools and on street corners. In the early 90’s he quickly became known through talent shows, opening up for celebrities, and rigorous downtown battles between other groups of Mc’s. In the begginning of 2000, his network partners and he decided to go into business for themselves. Fort Rugged Records was then established. Fort has four pillars in which we stand on. " F " stands for Faith. " O " stands for Obedience. " R " stands for Respect.
