Fiyarus

Eagerly ready and determined to make a name in the music business, Fiyarus is the right artist at the right time to take the reigns and lead hip hop in a new direction. Whether it’s his uniquely raspy voice or his witty wordplay, music fans from all walks of life draw inspiration from his talent. A talent that Fiyarus agrees is a, “gift from the Creator, especially when used right.” Fiyarus was born in Stamford and raised in the streets of Waterbury; therefore he feels it’s his duty to take “Connetti” to the Promised Land. From his troubled youth to the untimely passing of his mother in 1999, he has endured much adversity. These hardships helped Fiya grow into the man and emcee he is today. In 2001, Fiyarus returned to Stamford to attend college and met up with longtime friend and fellow emcee Lambofield. Through Lambofield, Fiyarus met Zhibez, C.E.O of Rapp & Regg Records, and Cuttroat, they have been friends and bandmates ever since. In 2006, with the help of Ritz Crack, Fiyarus recorded and released his first mixtape, Shine On Vol. 1 (Da Grind). The next summer he released Shine On Vol. 2 (Da Truth). Fiyarus has also recorded songs, produced by G.I. Joe, at Four Kings Studios; including “Ryde Wit Me” and “We Hold It Down” featuring Mr. Cheeks of Lost Boyz fame. Fiyarus is currently pushing The Hotbox, a promotional package including his new mixtape Shine On Vol. 3 (Da Shining), a Fiyarus Tee, Lighter, and Poster. He is also recording tracks for his as yet untitled debut album, which will undoubtedly catapult him to a serious player in the Hip-Hop game. So buckle up!
