Being on the water especially offshore, New Orleans, local music and restaraunts, Jack Daniels, good wines, Sashimi, cooking, Louisiana politics are entertaining (comedy), Chris Rose, Audobon Zoo & Aquarium. My biggest interest is my daughter Jenna. She is incredibly intelligent and amazes me everyday.
Pretty much anyone who is somewhat intelligent, a decent conversationalist and has half a clue as to what's going on in the world.
Depends on what I'm doing. N.O. has some of the best local live music anywhere.
Drama, good action, some foreign stuff, anything with good dialect but a less involved film can be fun from time to time.
Not much time for TV but I did try to keep up with the Sopranos, Entourage is great and I try to watch Deadliest Catch every once in a while since those are the waters I patrolled and have seen some of those vessels.
Michael Chriton, Michael Connely, Thomas Harris, Mario Puzzo, Jonathan Kellerman, Dan Brown, John Grisham, Spike Walker has a great book about life on Alaskan Seas. Shel Silverstein and Dr. Suess for Jenna (I'm starting her now on Harry Potter) Ann Rice, Stephen King, Robert Ludlum, I enjoy reading so any recomendations are welcomed
