About Me

I finally started riding again!!! Yay! Once I quit being such a pansy about who I ride, I'm sure I'll be better off. But I suppose that is just fine, considering how brutalized I got in FL during my internship (no broken bones, just 3 near death experiences). So. I'm back in the saddle and really doing well!!! ...CAN'T STOP KNITTING!!!!!But, besides that... I'm a Mesa Carrier in the Healing the Light Body School ( www.thefourwinds.com ) which is Alberto Villoldo's shamanic school. So far, I have completed the South (where I learned the Illumination Process) and the West (in this direction I learned Extractions - fluid and crystalized) directions. Way cool, simple and powerful. My Interests

I enjoy long meandering walks in the woods with my hounds. There's something just so free in the way they run full speed and play. So much grace! I also really like taking classes at the gym, yoga and meditation, and creating (sculpture, food, painting, drawing, knitting, etc). I really enjoy learning things from taking classes related to my work. I like incense too. And peppermints.
