Well, I've lived in Baraboo for more almost two years already on the long winding journey that has taken me through four jobs in four cities in three states over the last five years. It's crazy, I know, but each move seems to bring positive change, so I guess I'm game. I joined MySpace.com to see if I could meet some new people who have similar interests and maybe expand my horizons a bit. I love music. I play the guitar and drums. I've been in numerous bands back in Illinois, where I grew up. I've performed and recorded in groups ranging from a 9-piece ska band to a 3-piece punk band. My most recent band, Projector, just recently broke up. We're about to release our full-length album recorded at Cave soundS. My friend and I founded Cave soundS to record our band's music, but with Projector's demise, we've opened the studio as a new business. Check out our website at www.cavesounds.net. I'm a former skateboarder (Wisconsin doesn't have a whole lot to offer an old school street skater, plus my body doesn't seem to take the punishment of hard spills too well these days). I'm a professional journalist who runs a small weekly newspaper. I write for, design, edit and proof newspaper pages. I've also recently discovered I have a knack for photography. As a former collegiate columnist, maybe I'll have to start posting a blog... stay tuned!
