Always the Goddess

Days of our Lives MySpace LayoutOk, so it's been asked of me to elaborate on my life. So here it goes, my husband and I are going past 10 years of marriage. We met @ Seaside, OR in 1994 and spent a year of having a long distance relationship. He lived in Bellingham, WA and I was in Forest Grove, OR. We spent every amazing weekend we could and many countless hours on the phone together. I know you're asking yourself what the hell were we doing so far apart. He was @ Western Washington University and I was going to school in OR, so we made it work. So after a year appart we moved in together and well WA won for my home state. I miss OR at times, we have talked about leaving here and going back to OR, but I have a great job as a preschool teacher. But I do miss my friends, and am thankful that I can reconnect with you all on the web. Oh yea, I also miss my family, I go home for some good old family times, slow paced life, good ol Mama's cooking and to get my haircuts. But yes, WA is beautiful with the mountains, Islands and all the green. And, yes it does rain here more than OR. Washington has become my home, but Oregon will always hold my heart. I will say I was married for about 1 year right out of high school and than left, but right after my divorce I met my hubby. He's a good hubby, totally spoils me and yes I do wear the pants in my home. But, I let him think he does @ times, just to make him feel good. He tells me that I remind him of a cowgirl, granola, yuppy and a tree hugger, and that's what he loves so much about me because I always keep him guessing. And yes, marriage hasn't stopped me from being my same outgoing, outspoken, postive and yes flirtations self. We have one daughter who is a total mini me, except when it comes to taking school seriously, than she's her daddy's little girl. I love driving around in my SUV blasting my favorite COUNTRY music, and listening to KMPS (they rock). At times I think I'm the only one who so much enjoyes my job, that I can't wait to get there on Monday. Ok, so now the downside is I hate cooking, I swear it's a curse and well I complain when I do have to cook, but well it's either me or my husbands great TV dinners or cold ceral. I love going to the gym and working out, can't say I stay faithful on going, but hey I look good, so who am I to complain. Well @ this point I don't know what else to say. Well maybe I should let you know that Josh Lucas is the best actor and best looking, I think football is boring but I'll support the Seahawks, basketball can't stand that, but that's probably comes from being with the ex and the MARINERS rule 110% and one day they'll start winning and KICK SOME ASS.
