At the tender age of 10 DJ Duce started dabbling in music thanks to his older brother who was a well -known member of a battling crew. His career in music officially began in 1986 deejaying at local neighborhood and high school parties.
While attending Virginia Union 1993-1997, he became a well -known DJ in the Richmond area. Deejaying at Club Boss and the Club House as well at the local colleges- Norfolk State, Virginia State, Hampton University and the University of Richmond and local college homecomings. In 1998 he headed back up North and continued to move the crowd. Deejaying at the local clubs in NJ and eventually deejaying parties in NY and Connecticut. Some of the clubs he has given the crowd a taste of his art are: The Supper Club, Roseland Ballroom, Cheetah, Mars 2112 and The Roxy.
His style is so unique that has deejayed along some of the hottest DJs in NY such as, DJ Knuckles, DJ Self, Kid Capri, Brucie Bee, Biz Markie, DJ Hollywood and DJ Chris Love just to name a few.
During the winter and summer months you can find his blazing style at numerous weekend getaway excursions for many well-known promoters.
DJ Duce has definitely proven to be a true artist and master in this field. He is currently the most sought after DJ in the Tri-state area and he continues to be the hottest crowd motivator around.
