About Me

I am a 27 year old female. I work as a paramedic, and I LOVE IT!!! ok, I don't love my current job, but I do love making a difference in peoples lives. I have ambitions of starting nursing school in the near future. I'll be going back to school to start the prerequisites in the fall. I still love it. My husband and I relocated to the Denver area from Alexandria VA almost 2 years ago now. We also added another memeber to our little family last July, a black dog named Duke. He's so sweet!!! He's five years old. My Interests

I have a wonderful husband. As most of you know his name is Tom. We got married on May 16, 2008 in Key Largo Florida. The days was everything and more than I could have imagined.

I love to travel. Our honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico was wonderful. I love learning new things and meeting new people. NASCAR and football are my main sports interests. I will always love my hometown of Alexandria VA

I'd like to meet:

Jimmie Johnson, driver of the No. 48 Lowe's Monte Carlo Chevrolet. Below are some of the BIG moments in his career. The one of him "kissing the bricks"...that was at Indianapolis Motor Speedway last year. And yes, it's kinda gross, but it is a winning tradition!! My dad was there to see it...I was so JEALOUS!!This man is quite possibly the answer to this country's problems!!!

Television:

Ok, random place to put this but...my friends who used to live upstairs moved to open their own tattoo shop in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska...Check them out. I have some work done by Ty and so does Tom...they are great artists if you want anything custom!

Books:

Favorite Author is John Grisham...I've been reading his books since I was about 13, and I can't get enough of them. I've read most of them multiple times. I wish he would write more. I just finished his latest one. It was great

Heroes:

Anyone in the United States Military or Public Service, e.g. Firefighters, Police Officers and EMT's!! Thank you for your service. Please remember the victims of the Virginia Tech Shooting. Virginia Tech was a big part of my life before Colorado.
