About Me

I am married to a great guy, John, and he is a career firefighter. I have two cats, Jack and Charles, and a turtle named Jezabel. We all live happily in Ballard. Life is good. Things I love : Peeling the wrapper off new cds and that first listen, the feeling you get in your nose from the hot mustard at chinese restraunts, driving with the music loud and the windows down, and surprising people with my wit (usualy they don't get it). Things I hate: People who wear sunglasses indoors, Stepping in water with socks on, poor grammer, and people who say stupid things and/or who are inconsiderate (if alchohol is involved you get a free pass though). http://www.pjharvey.net/player/

My Interests

School is a huge focus, and is very time consuming, but i love to learn. I love France, and French and can't wait to travel.

Top Five Recording Artists of All Time: Bob Dylan, PJ Harvey, Neil Young, Tom Petty, Beck. More that HONORARY mention: Michael Jackson, Prince, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Gladys Knight. (not nessisarily in that order) this is the love of my life

Movies:

Amelie, Secretary, Love Liza, The Princess and the Warrior, Big Fish. Harry Potter movies are also a first love and what girl doesn't absolutely love Pride and Prejudice?

Television:

I wish I was one of those people who could say i don't watch t.v., but I have super cable and wouldn't give it up for the world. Sex and the City (what else is there?) Sopranos, The Simpsons, South Park.

Books:

Lately I have been reading a lot of Charles Bukowski, Some of my favorite books include: Nick Hornby's High Fidelity, Barbara Kingslover, The Poisonwood Bible, and I LOVE Harry Potter! You are no friend of mine if you don't love Harry too.

Heroes:
