Worthamil also known as "The Answer" was born Daniel Nunez on June 12th, 1987 in Corona, Queens. Raised in a crime prone neighborhood, with a single mother (Yolanda Jimenez) and no father figure around, it was only a matter of time before the streets caught up with him. Daniel Nunez, a legal genius, always tested high in school and was considered the smartest in his class. However, that was not enough to keep him in school and out of trouble. At the age of 10 Daniel was already mixing it up with neighborhood kids in their mid-twenties, and at age 11 already involved with the criminal world. Daniel Nunez was arrested at age 12 and charged with Grand Larceny, possession of a weapon, and attempted robbery. This was the beginning and ending of any childhood he might have still had left inside of him. Consumed by the institutional way of thinking, this one episode stretched into a juvenile 5 year bid. From one correctional facility to another Daniel Nunez was slowly loosing everything he had ever known. His family became distant, and he an outsider. In the last 3 years of his juvenile stretch he was sent to a group home (St. Christopher's Inc.) one of the most crooked, and corrupt facilities in NY. Here he had to fight to keep his name as one of the top dogs there. This was by far some of his hardest times. In the midst of all this pain and suffering, he found one of the greatest things that would ever come across his path. The ART of HIP-HOP. Even though he had already been into the music and free styled here and there, he had never wrote a song, never created something from scratch. In this facility he took the time to develop is skills and slowly he as well as the people around him realized it was more then just a hobby, but a gift that had to be pursued. He got released at age 18 and went right to work. Shortly after released he got a promo spot on 105.1 on the DJ Carl Blaze show, this was a real opportunity and great avenue. DJ Carl Blaze invited him to do another promo for the following week. The very next week DJ Carl Blaze got shot 13 times and died shortly afterward. This affected Daniel Nunez deeply, even though he had known him for a short time they had built a close relationship. Discouraged by this episode Worthamil felt like luck was just not on his side and took a break from the game. With the motivation from a few of his peers he returned harder then ever creating a major buzz in his hometown and earning fans on the way. Shortly after he experienced another tragedy, one that was not going to be easy to recover from. Daved De'oleo was Daniel's closest cousin. Out of the whole family Daved was his confidant', more like a blood brother. Daved De'oleo age 22 was shot and killed on April, 2007 with a shot to the heart by a 12 gauge shotgun. Daved's brother Kelby De'oleo (CEO of RMR) also a brother to Daniel was not able to see his own brother's funeral due to a bid he is still serving now. This was the single most depressing episode that Daniel ever endured in his life. The world was a mess, his brother dead, his other brother in jail and a 2 year old son depending on his father. Daniel decided to get up and do it for them. So now more focused then ever, armed with the strength gained from overcoming tragedies, Worthamil is on a rampage, looking to take over the game and let the world feel his hunger, sacrifice, and overcoming spirit. He is now working on his first ever debut mix tape "THE ANSWER". As one of the hottest local underground rappers in the game, this mix tape is highly anticipated and expected to be a masterpiece.That's the history and as for the future only time can tell but no matter what happens he'll always know one thing, that he lived with a gift and used it, inspired and motivated others with it and above anything else was one of the few people that had the ability to experience wealth even when he was poor.
