About Me

I remember the first song I learned on guitar was Ace Frehley's Back in the New York Groove some 20 plus years ago and the second song was Roy Clark's version of Malaguenia. I was surrounded by a musical family. Everyone played something. I was exposed to so many different styles of music that I didn't care what it was, if it was good I loved it. If it was bad, I still loved it. I know that may seem strange but all I knew was that I loved every aspect of the guitar. Kiss, Van Halen, Jerry Reed, Tex Wilburn, Chet Atkins, Jimmy Bryant, and my family were all the inspiration I needed. What a great time to grow up with the instrument. Remember, It's not what you play, but how you play it.... Now for the "Official" Artist bio name dropping blah, blah :Paige likes to mix things up. Incorporating double stops, alternate picking, sweep picking and banjo-type rolls all in a single phrase is normal for Paige. Mike Varney (Guitar Player Mag.), John Stix (Guitar For the Practicing Musician) and Jeff Scheetz (Guitar Maniacs) all drew the same conclusion. Paige's versatility ranges from hard rock to Albert Lee on steroids ...With a recent appearance at NAMM for Palmer Direct Recording Devices and TECHSTAR Services( Nashville, TN ) Paige is deep into the creation process of his latest CD effort. The best way to describe Paige's playing in a way that only guitarists will understand:ORANGE BLOSSOM ERUPTION!!!
