About Me

Layla was very uplifted in a space way as a child. She loved to listen to all sorts of records and help wash her neighbors car or ride her bike and sing songs. When adult hood was upon her she gave in to the corporate world to keep a roof over her head and go out drinking and dancing. When her later 20's rode upon her she was amongst musicians that soon became good friends to her. Everyday after 9-5in it she would come home to a 4 track to write and record 12 songs that would eventually turn into an experimental CD entitled Breaking Coconuts. Painting circles was also a therapy for her to figure a way out of the 9-5 world. As of today we now have an ep with the art work of Layla's circles that seem to be moving shiftingly if you stare at them long enough, hence Techtonic Circles!
