Lets see, I have not updated my page in a LONG TIME!!! Where do I start? I have a son name "MICAH" Aka "Tha BEAST" Aka "Lil TOOK TOOK." He is a handful. He lives a 100MPH every moment he is awake. Gets his energy from me! I am married to my lovely wife Amy who is a great Mom, Wife, Cook, anything you can think of she can do EXCEPT, EXCEPT SPORTS!!! Did I tell you she is super HOT!!! I am still teaching at Chief Sealth High School home of the SeaHawks and love my job there isn't a day that goes by there that something doesnt suprise me. We bought a new car, well it's not new but its a better car than the honda that blew up. LOL. I've been coaching alot this year and baseball is fast approaching, wrestling went very well this year. My hard work is paying off. Well other than that, still fixing up my house and livin the good life!!!! Now I think its abou that time to start working on that weight gain problem!!! As my students would say EEEEEEhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!Transformation!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So now that my weight has reached a pinnacle of 215 Pounds I think it's time to staart that weight loss program. so I am going to start a weekly journal of my weight loss program until I reach 169 Punds my happy weight!
