The BRAINSUCKERS

About Me

The Brainsuckers differ from other DJs by their great originality on stage, which is tied to a perfect technicality. They form a duo playing on three decks, using two mixing tables, which allow them to associate the power of techno with the originality and spontaneity of hip-hop techniques. Their experience of the dance-floors guaranties the satisfaction of the public, whose attention and positive feelings they easily obtain. Indeed, by playing with very famous artists, they learned how to interact with the public, to make it travel and dream.
This really original duo associates the Parisian origins of Johan Coal, a real party animal, with the more technical and rigorous approach of Djos's Davis. Together they managed to make their difference a valuable asset, which they convey through their on-stage performance, and in a more intimate way through their productions.
The public is systematically and strongly receptive to this duos style effects and this for two simple reasons. The first, musically anchored, is that their effects always intervene at the right time, without disturbing the congruence of their sets. The second reason, technically based, is that their effects are realized on the flow of their sets, in rhythm and without any false note. The gathering of their talents only targets one goal, which is the whole public complete satisfaction.
While exteriorizing their aptitudes, they managed to be granted the access to very prestigious scenes, at the side of not less prestigious artists. But even in such a stressful situation, especially during their first times, they remained on top and manage to impose their personal, genuine touch, despite the very charismatic line-up they were playing among (Marco Bailey, Monika Kruse, Takkyu Ishino, Gayle San, Chris Liebing, Jack de Marseille, Umek, Trevor Rockliffe, Steve Bug, Funk Dvoid, Stanny Franssen, W.J.Henze, Röyksopp, ScanX, Fata Monteco, Oxia, The Youngsters, Claude Young, Robert Hood, Space Djz, C1, Thomas Schumacher, Mijk van Dijk, Michael Mayer, Patrick Lindsey, Steve Rachmad, Renato Cohen, David Carretta, Manu le Malin, Dj Pierre, Tonio, ...)..
After numerous gigs, they felt the urge to produce their own material. They really want to show their musical sensibility to a maximum of people, and to conquer new horizons.
