Damion's career began in Ibiza 1999 where he got the drive and passion to become involved in the music scene as a DJ. After a year teaching himself, Damion got his very first break in 2002 debuting for Norwich based 'Soulshaker' at the once infamous all night venue, The Devils Advocate. Ever since then he has dedicated time to music which paid off with residencies for two of East Anglia's top club events appearing at most venues Norwich has to offer and also my first appearance at Pacha, London. Alongside this he secured his own Friday night residency at The Aquarium Bar which he held succesfully for three years until leaving Norwich.
Damion's taste in House music has somewhat grown over the past few years so he can play a diverse selection spanning through most genres but Deep & Techy House is Damion's preferred style
To further his career Damion relocated to London in 2006 to attend a music production course and has since regularly played at many venues across the capital. Appearances include monthly for 'Somewhere' at The Living Bar (Brixton), a VIP charity event at Mamilanji, Chelsea and also at renowned funky house venue The Matt & Matt Bar. A residency soon followed for Spoilt Rotten playing at Ministry of Sound, The Whitehouse and monthly at The Anam Bar (Angel). Bookings then followed for Club Refresh at their bi-monthly residency at Turnmills and Fireworks Boat Party on the Thames. To end a great year, New Years Eve saw Damion play for 'Somewhere' at Henrys in Richmond and in Covent Garden.
On the Studio side Damion is currently studying music production at Point Blank Studios, this also includes sound engineering and remixing. This is giving him first hand knowledge and experience from respected producers such as Danny J Lewis (Defected) & Ian McKenzie (Dub Conspiracy/Deep Factor) who are a both tutors at Point Blank.
2007 is promising to be even more successful with various notable bookings including residencies with Spoilt Rotten, Totally Funkt & Somewhere appearing @ venues such as Ministry of Sound, The Egg, The Cross and Canvas.
