Lyracis is one the most talented artist to come out of the UK ever! He has spent the last few years mastering his performing skills and perfecting his image.You have to ask yourself how is it that an artist like Lyracis has only been rapping, song writing, and performing live for a few years and has managed to transform himself into a UK sensation. [ not bad considering he’s unsigned]Some of his most memorable performances were in front of thousands of urban music lovers at the Siemens Urban Music Seminar in the Royal Festival Hall, 2000 people at the Respect Festival in Victoria Park in London where he performed in front of the mayor of London amongst others and shared the stage with acts such as Estelle, Blak Twang and De La Soul.
After a string of exceptional performances he was invited to perform as support for: Chris brown, Chingy, Sean Kingston, Ja Rule, Donnell Jones, Ciara, The Game, Liberty X Frankie J, Lemar, Ne-yo & Cassidy. Lyracis started off in the entertainment business as a dancer and uses this element to maximise his entertainment value when performing live. His performance is energetic and charismatic, as his personality shines through.Key radio and record company executives have described Lyracis’ live performance as entertainment at its best! This is highlighted when he’s joined on stage by some of the best dancers in the world such as Flawless, plague, C&C dancers and rhythm. His appearance in the Channel 4 hit TV series ‘Chancers’, saw Lyracis being watched by 4 million viewers each week for 2 months; which instantly made him one of the most recognisable characters on the show to date. Also resulting in Matthew Knowles (Beyonce’s Father & manager) offering Lyracis a deal! He declined the offer so that he could continue to develop his sound……..
He has since been hard at work developing his solo material, writing new lyrics, producing and recording his forthcoming offering. He has teamed up with some of the most talented musicians in the country to develop his new edgy live ‘indie-Pop’ sound. He was recently invited to perform for EA Games/T4 (channel 4) for their big star studded launch in Trafalgar Square; ‘holding his own’ on the same stage as McFly, Kelly Rowland, Natasha Bedingfield, The Saturdays, Sway & newcomer Zarif.
