In my day you couldn’t cook your meat. You had to eat it raw. No fire. I didn’t miss it though. What I’d do is hold a nice piece of flank tightly between my thighs, up high so it was just touching my testicles. I’d hold it there for about three days. The heat from my groin would actually cook my steak just enough to give it some flavor...that and the salt from my balls.
