I've been married for 8 years, to my best friend. He makes me laugh...smile. He has stood by me and been an incredible support through all of the medical challenges I have faced. My passions in life are God & my family. Micah and I are both very active in our church, Willow Creek Chicago. (willowchicago.org) Although we both serve in numerous ministries, my heart is for our 5Loaves and Extension Ministries, which serve the under-resourced in our city. I absolutely love to travel. I love the idea that God created this enormous world... But when you travel, the world starts to feel smaller and you feel connected to it and His creations within it. =) I love that every day we are given opportunities to impact the world. Change it and make it a better place to live. Everyday I want to be fully living life and I pray that I am always at a place where I am willing to give it all.
