santina...yes im back (for now)

this past year has been quite an experience. a lot of ups and downs and new things learned. some of it i may have hated as it was happening but looking back i realize it was all necessary for me to grow.... new friends, new enemies, new jobs, and new living spaces have all been a part of the NEW ME.it all started on a wild night in vegas, a story many of u have heard before. the worst hangover of my life was definitely memorable, but amazingly i had somewhat of a drunk epiphany that night. i made a plan, and since then i have been making changes in my life.on the top of my list was to stop putting other peoples expectations of me before my own, and to stop putting my beliefs and morals aside to satisfy people who wouldnt do the same for me. the golden rule i learned in elementary school has proven to still hold true! so now im on a new path, one which i believe is best for me and so far its going well.i have realized who is important and who is not, who truly cares about me and who is only in my life for the benefits i bring, basically i have eliminated those who were bringing me down.for anyone who is feeling like i was, like life should be more fulfilling, i would recommend taking a step back and assessing your life. although i dont have everything i want yet i am happier than ive been in a while and thats what keeps me going. to those who took the time to read this i say thanks and PEACE!
